piece of information whose purpose is to give communication.

Include
a Heading, Date and Body (text)
Include:
what is being organised, who is organising, date, time, venue; name and person
writing the notice (contact person); how to contact (address, phone number,
e-mail, etc), who is sponsoring the event (such as community council, village
hall, local school, Neighbourhood Watch, etc.)
